long-term working relationship with a professional and organized builder.

Scope of Work Varies by trade but may include:
- Performing trade-specific installation, construction, or repair work

- Meeting all applicable codes, standards, and Blue Star quality expectations
Contractor Requirements - Active trade license (if required by state/local regulations)
- Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
- Own tools, equipment, and transportation
- General liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)
- Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable communication and professional conduct
