Full-time year-round positions available at our Gorsuch store located in the Beaver Creek Park Hyatt, 136 E Thomas PL, Beaver Creek, CO 81620.

About the Role:

The Sales Stylist plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by combining expert product knowledge with personalized style advice. This position in our Ladies and Men's Ski Wear and Casual Wear departments is responsible for engaging customers, understanding their unique preferences and needs, and curating tailored fashion solutions that enhance their confidence and satisfaction. The Sales Stylist acts as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Success in this role directly contributes to achieving sales targets and elevating the store’s reputation for outstanding service. Ultimately, the Sales Stylist helps bridge the gap between fashion trends and individual expression, ensuring customers leave feeling valued and inspired.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in fashion styling or merchandising.
• Experience working with diverse customer demographics.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry brands.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their style preferences and shopping needs.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on current trends, customer body types, and lifestyle.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing displays that highlight key products and seasonal collections.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, styling tips, and invitations to store events.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Skills:

The Sales Stylist utilizes strong communication and interpersonal skills daily to connect authentically with customers and understand their unique style needs. Product knowledge and trend awareness enable the stylist to offer relevant and inspiring recommendations that enhance the shopping experience. Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology ensures smooth transaction processing and inventory management. Problem-solving skills are essential for addressing customer concerns promptly and maintaining satisfaction. Additionally, teamwork and collaboration skills help the Sales Stylist contribute to a positive store environment and achieve collective sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits: 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $ 25- $32 hourly. The rate of pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
