Front Office Dental Receptionist
Job Description Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointment scheduling via phone and email efficiently.
Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately.
Handle billing inquiries and financial arrangements with care and confidentiality.
Maintain and update patient records ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to support daily practice operations.
full-time $16 - $23 per hour

Shift & Schedule Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Tuesday & Saturday-Sunday: Closed
Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental front office or similar healthcare administrative role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Friendly, dependable, and a true team player.
Experience with dental insurance billing and medical claims processing.
Familiarity with dental office software and scheduling systems.
