Front Office Dental Receptionist
Job Description Warmly greet and check in all patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Answer and route phone calls, provide information, and take messages per practice protocols
Schedule and adjust patient appointments to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Maintain and update patient records, files, and appointment histories
Communicate clearly with patients and parents about financial options and reconcile payments
Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents as requested by doctor
Send and receive documents using computer, fax, or courier services
Support a smooth front office workflow and keep reception area neat and organized
Maintain positive rapport with patients, parents, and the dental team
full-time $18 - $22 per hour

Monday – Thursday: 6:15am – 4:15pm (with patients)
Friday: 6:15am – 12:00pm (administrative day)
Four days clinical, one day administrative per week
Total hours per week: 30–34
No weekends!

Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
Able to accurately fill and manage a dental schedule
Professional, neat, and reliable
Experienced with dental office procedures (preferred, but not required)
