We are looking for an experienced pediatric front-desk professional who wants to expand their skill set. If you bring the pedo, billing, and Eaglesoft experience, we will fully train you in orthodontics! You get to learn a highly valuable new specialty on our dime, working alongside a supportive, high-energy team in a beautiful Laguna Niguel office.
Dental Receptionist (FT) – Pediatric & Orthodontics
Job Description Pediatric Front Desk Experience: You must already know the fast-paced flow of a pediatric dentistry front office.
Eaglesoft Mastery: High proficiency using Eaglesoft software for scheduling, check-ins, and account management.
Billing & Insurance Smarts: Solid, hands-on experience with dental insurance verification, processing claims, and navigating dental codes.
The "Ready to Learn" Attitude: You are an expert at pedo workflows and are genuinely excited to be cross-trained in orthodontics.
full-time $24 - $30 per hour
Starting pay within this range is highly competitive and determined based on your specific depth of experience with dental billing, insurance coding, and software mastery.
